Talk to a conveyancer
Principal Conveyancer and Licensee, JP
My conveyancing career began in 1998, inspired by a genuine passion for property and a dedication to delivering service defined by precision, integrity, and exceptional care. Over the decades, I have developed deep expertise across residential, strata, off-the-plan, and commercial transactions—always with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
In 2015, I was appointed a Justice of the Peace, a role that reflects my professionalism, trustworthiness, and dedication to serving the community. I have also been a proud member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers since 2014, ensuring my practice remains aligned with the highest industry standards.
With a vision to offer a more personalised, boutique experience, I opened my own conveyancing practice in 2016. I wanted to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and guided with sophistication and care. Every property journey is unique, and I believe it deserves the highest level of attention and expertise.
Today, I continue to provide a luxury, client-focused conveyancing service where transparency, refined processes, and thoughtful guidance come together. Whether you are purchasing your first home, elevating your investment portfolio, or stepping into a new chapter, my priority is to protect your interests and deliver a seamless, confident, and elevated property experience from beginning to end.
No surprise add-ons or hourly billing. Your fixed-fee matter covers the full job from first contract to post-settlement — here's what that means.
A clear, calm path — so you always know what's happening and what's next.
A fixed-fee quote within hours. Once you're happy, we open your file and get to work.
We examine every clause, flag the risks, and explain it all in plain English before you sign.
Searches ordered, finance and deposit coordinated, and contracts exchanged with confidence.
We settle electronically via PEXA, confirm the moment it's done, and you collect the keys.
Every step, personally managed — not handed off to a call centre.
Get a quick estimate of NSW transfer (stamp) duty on your purchase. Move the slider to see how it changes — then talk to us for your full, fixed-fee quote.
Based on 2026–27 NSW standard transfer duty rates.
Estimate only, for general guidance. Calculated on standard NSW transfer duty rates for 2026–27 and does not account for surcharges (e.g. foreign purchaser), other concessions, or your specific circumstances. Confirm exact figures with us or Revenue NSW.
Property is likely the biggest transaction of your life. You deserve someone who treats it that way — personally, not as a file number in a queue.
The conveyancer you speak with on day one is the same one who settles your matter. No hand-offs, no repeating yourself.
Contract reviews turned around in 24–48 hours so you can act in a competitive Sydney market.
You'll know your professional fee from the outset. Disbursements are itemised — what you're quoted is what you pay.
"My priority is to protect your interests and deliver a seamless, confident and elevated property experience from beginning to end."

The questions Sydney buyers and sellers ask us most. Don't see yours? Just ask.
A licensed conveyancer manages the legal transfer of property ownership — reviewing or preparing the contract of sale, conducting searches, explaining your rights and obligations, coordinating with agents and lenders, and handling settlement so the title passes correctly and on time.
We work on a transparent fixed professional fee, quoted upfront — so you know your cost from the start. On top of that sit disbursements (third-party costs such as searches and registration fees), which we itemise for you. Request a free quote and we'll set it all out clearly.
As early as possible — ideally before you sign anything or bid at auction. Having us review the contract first means we can flag risks and negotiate terms while you still have leverage. If you're selling, engage us before listing so the contract is ready to go.
A standard residential settlement in NSW is commonly around 42 days (six weeks) from exchange, though the period is negotiable and set in the contract. Off-the-plan and some other matters can run longer. We'll keep you informed of every key date.
For residential property bought by private treaty in NSW there is generally a 5 business-day cooling-off period, during which you can withdraw (a small penalty applies). There is no cooling-off period when you buy at auction, or in certain other cases. We'll confirm exactly how it applies to your purchase.
